When running System Cleaner on Windows Vista or Windows 7, mapped network drives are not visible. This is a limitation of Windows Vista (see http://blogs.msdn.com/cjacks/archive/2007/02/19/mapped-network-drives-with-uac-on-windows-vista.aspx if you with to learn more).

If you are comfortable changing values on Windows Registry, set or
create the following value and reboot Windows. Any mapped network drives
should now show up in System Cleaner. If you do not wish to change your
computer registry manually, please contact us and we'll be glad to
help.
Whenever a Windows based program is running, it's consuming memory resources - unfortunately many Windows programs do not "clean up" after themselves and often leave valuable memory "locked", preventing other programs from taking advantage of it and slowing your computer's performance!

Memory Defragmentation recovers memory from all running processes on your PC by reclaiming the no longer used portion of memory from programs (which due to
bad programming does not get released after using).

The Memory Defragmentation procedure is completely safe. When a program that has been defragmented requires more memory, it simply occupy more memory address automatically.
